Like a boat

Deep ocean
For the heart
To experience this peace
It is essential for one to
Born again
There will be plenty of noise
On the shore
And the waves also will
Often hit the shore
Though the boat
Is anchored on the shore
It will be
Tossed as per the current of the waves
Likewise when
The heart goes within deep
There it will see
Your peace
When it walks
On the shore
Without the roars of the waves
What else it can hear
The heart which
Roams seeking peace
When born again
Seeking your feet
Though many will be the noise
Outside us
There it will surely
Found peace in you

ஆழ்கடல் மீது
சென்றிடும் நாவாய்
அலையின்றி அமைதியாய்
செல்வது போல
மனதும் ஒருவித
அமைதியைக் காண
மறுபடி பிறப்பது
மிகமிக அவசியம்
கரையின் ஓரம்
இரைச்சல் அதிகம்
அலையும் மோதி
அடிக்கடி அடிக்கும்
நங்கூரம் இட்டு
நாவாய் நிற்கினும்
அலையின் போக்கில்
ஆடிக்
கொண்டிருக்கும்
அதுபோல் மனதும்
உள்ளே செல்ல
அங்கே உனது
அமைதியைக் காணும்
அலைகடல் ஓரம்
அதுவும் நடக்க
இரைச்சல் அன்றி
வேறேது கேட்கும்
அமைதியைத் தேடி
அலையும் மனது
உன்னை அண்டி
மறுபடி பிறக்க
வெளியில் ஓசை
ஆயிரம் இருக்க
