1347 You always do good

 

Praising you when you provide

Only good things

And blaming you

When trials come

 

When remains

As our nature

What can you do

Your situation is pitiable

 

Though everything happens

According to your will

You are not responsible

For all our activities

 

However we

Understand this clearly

We always blame

Only you

 

You only want

To do good to us

You only accomplish

Good things in our lives

 

Beginning from our life

Extending to the nature

You always do

Only this

 

Though we

Witness it clearly

We refuse to

Keep this in our mind

 

Though we receive

Benefit on our hand

We forget to

Give thanks to you

 

But tolerating

Our mistakes

Giving grace

More than a mother

 

Seeking voluntarily

And giving blessing

Remains your

Nature forever

As one Tamil saint said God always stands with those who have made mistakes. [பிழைக்க நின்றார்பக்கம் பேணி நின்றானை]. Seeking voluntarily and bestowing His grace become the nature of God and always murmuring and ingratitude remain my nature.  As I was meditating on this I wrote this song.

 

1347 நன்மையே செய்கிறாய்

 

நன்மைகள் செய்தால்

போற்றித் துதிப்பதும்

தீமைகள் வந்தால்

தூற்றி மிதிப்பதும்

 

இயற்கையாய் எம்முள்

இருந்திடும் போது

என்னநீ செய்வாய்

உன்னிலை பாவம்

 

நடந்திடும் அனைத்தும்

உன் சித்தமாயினும்

எம்செயல் அனைத்திற்கும்

பொறுப்பு நீயல்ல

 

இதனை எப்படி

நன் குணர்ந்தாலும்

உன்மீதே பழியும்

போடுறோம் நாங்களும்

 

நன்மை செய்யவே

நீயுமே விழையுறாய்

நல்லதை மட்டுமே

நீயுமே நடத்துறாய்

 

எம்வாழ்வு தொடங்கி

இயற்கை மட்டிலும்

இதுஒன்றை மட்டுமே

நீயுமே செய்கிறாய்

 

கண்கூடாய் இதனைக்

காண்கின்ற போதிலும்

கருத்துத்னுள் வைத்திட

மட்டுமே மறுக்கிறோம்

 

கைமேல் பலனைப்

பெறுகின்ற போதிலும்

நன்றி சொல்லிட

நாங்களும் மறக்கிறோம்

 

ஆயினும் எமது

பிழையினைப் பொறுத்து

அன்னையும் மேலாய்

அருளினை அளித்து

 

நாடியே வந்து

நன்மை செய்வதே

உன் வாடிக்கையாகக்

கொண்டுநீ வாழ்கிறாய்
